Lower Columbia Association of REALTORS® is a professional association of nearly 200 members. Our REALTOR® and Affiliate members offer business services and legislative representation to real estate practitioners and affiliated service providers in Cowlitz, Pacific, Wahkiakum, and Clark Counties.
REALTORS® are licensed real estate practitioners who maintain membership in a local Association of REALTORS®, Washington REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. As members of these organizations, REALTORS® are pledged to abide by a strict code of professional conduct.
Members have access to a wide variety of business services that are not available to non-REALTORS®. This gives REALTORS® a competitive edge in the marketplace; enabling them to provide superior services to buyers and sellers of real property.
REALTOR® is a federally registered collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. The Code contains 17 articles and is divided into three parts … Part One: Duties to Clients and Customers; Part Two: Duties to the Public; and Part Three: Duties to REALTORS®. Standards of Practice relating to the Code of Ethics clarify the ethical obligations imposed by the Code.
