The Cowlitz County Assocation of Realtors is now the Lower Columbia Association of REALTORS! LoCAR better describes the area we serve. We have members in Cowlitz, Pacific, Wahkiakum, and Clark Counties, all along the lower Columbia River.
The CCAR is now LoCAR!
